On April 28-30, fifteen SSDA members attended the WDA conference in Milwaukee.  For those who came, you know what a wonderful learning experience as well as a fun time it was.  For those who didn't, check it out.  There is always next year.

The power of networking at a WDA conference is not to be underestimated!  Future connections for jobs, Internships, vendors, grants, and scholarships are all in one place where information was presented on many different disease processes, as well as professionalism and leadership skills.  The knowledge gained and people met will be beneficial for you all down the road.

Thanks to all the SSDA board members for all their organization and effort in coordinating and setting up this 2004 WDA conference trip.  Also, thanks to the sponsors who helped to fund the trip!
